Account Termination and Suspension Policy
Garuda138 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, uses unauthorised automated software, or engages in any conduct that compromises the security or integrity of the platform. Any legitimate balance in an account closed due to a breach of terms will not be eligible for a refund.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users of the garuda138 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

- Sharing account information with another individual or allowing others to access your account.

Users are responsible for ensuring they meet the current limit requirements before submitting any transaction request.
Transaction Confirmation and Processing Times
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes, depending on the payment method used. Approved withdrawals are processed within one to twenty-four hours on business days. garuda138 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits, as part of standard security verification procedures.
Any attempts at transaction fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse will be investigated, and the accounts involved may be closed immediately. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity may be placed on hold while the investigation is ongoing.
5. Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
Garuda138 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption, errors, or technical delays. In circumstances beyond garuda138's control, including system outages, network failures, or force majeure events, the platform will not be liable for any losses incurred by users.
